About

"no words used will describe the space i occupy so just know that i am to influence. i'm 24, clean in this (expletive) making ground in the fashion industry to create a style for ciara, party with kate moss; sip tea at high noon with von furstenberg & westwood; yacht with hov & posen, and exist "

minor victory @ b'day! Thursday, August 24, 2006 |

happy belated birthday to my aunt shelia back home in the ville. onward, y'all know how i feel about bouncy professionally... i have interest in the introspective person, not the bullshit performing persona siphoned to me in a tube that i should clamor over cause no female artist poses threat to her hyped reign.

there's talk of constant disapproval of her current efforts due to the rushed production but can creativity which is relative truly be rushed?

though, i will agree that bouncy needs a break/ to get lost cause i'm over inundated... as a product she leaves a bad aftertaste sometimes but i digress. the only two artists i've ever waited long for, purchased, and loved was aaliyah and d'angelo... reasons implied!

well, B'day, though short, doesn't possess all the filler & fluff as dangerous ie. signs, yes, hiphopstar, how i like it... blah, blah, boring. to this day i wonder why i copped the joint 'cos beyond '03 DIL got no love. there's only 3 tracks i freeked with... me myself & i (for its storyline & storch's production), be with you (i'm a bootsy baby) & gift from virgo (shuggie is/was/always the shit & her thoughts on top of that composition- classic).

i admit that ring the alarm is kelis' schtick 7 years prior but the effort though b-rated is still slick ono me & i dig kitty kat, upgrade & green light. overall this album along with every other high-touted release just pays the bills.
